Gameplay: Undisputed WWE Championship Title Displayed Incorrectly In Title Match Games
During the entrance of a title match, the belt and championship name will be displayed. If the player plays a title match for the Undisputed WWE Championship, the belt splash banner will display as the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship instead.

This issue should be fixed as of Patch 1.07 released 4/9/25.
This is planned to be fixed in a future patch.
