Private 1v1 Match Won’t Load When Matchmaking with Player on Previous Gen Game

When trying to matchmake with a player who is playing a previous gen version of the game on their next-gen console, the match won’t load when the other player is on a previous gen version of the game on a previous gen console.

Example: A player playing the Xbox One version of WWE 2K25 on an Xbox Series X won’t be able to properly matchmake with a player playing on an Xbox One console.
