MyFACTION: Missing Ruby Carmelo Hayes from 'Kevin Breaks Things' Live Event

We're investigating reports from players that completing the Kevin Breaks Things live event isn't giving Ruby Carmelo Hayes as expected.

    This issue has been resolved with a server-side update. Ruby Carmelo Hayes is now visible in the Collection and useable in lineups. If you're still not seeing it, try restarting the game mode.

    I was awarded Carmelo, but when I tried to put him in a faction the game gave me an error, "Cannot save changes to roster". When I checked my collection, Carmelo had been removed and appears that I didn't earn him but the Live Event is still showing Redeemed. I didn't think to take a screenshot of the error, I thought the game was just acting up so I exited out and restarted it. I'm pretty certain that the above was what the error said though.

    Same just finished Carmelo Hayes Kevin breaks things live event and same thing same bron breaker ruby

    Missing Carmelo Hayes, not even selectable to get the error just flat out not shown up after completing the live event
