How to earn and claim your rewards

Step 1: Watch

Log into Twitch and tune in to any Twitch Drops enabled livestream of WWE 2K whenever Drops are active and watch for the amount of time specified in each Drops campaign. You will see a Drops callout at the top of the chat in eligible livestreams that includes information about the Drops campaign and how long you need to watch to earn the reward.

Step 2: Claim Your Drops

Check your Twitch Inventory to track your progress. Once you fulfill a Drop's requirement, you will receive a claim notification at the top of the Twitch navigation. Make sure you claim your Drop through Twitch within 24 hours of completing it.

Step 3: Receive Your Rewards

Log in with the same Twitch account you completed the Drop with using the button below and then return here to receive your Locker Code! Please allow up to 48 hours after claiming your Drop through Twitch for your Locker Code to become available.

FAQ

Who is eligible to earn WWE 2K rewards through the Twitch Drops program?

All players who play WWE 2K, have a Twitch account, and have linked your 2K Account with your Twitch account. If you don't have a Twitch account, you can sign up for one here.

I don’t have WWE 2K yet, can I still earn WWE 2K rewards through the Twitch Drops program?

As long as you have claimed a Drop on Twitch, you will be able to receive the associated reward Locker Code. WWE 2K Locker Codes can be redeemed in WWE 2K once you purchase and start the game for the first time and set up your 2K Account. However, you must redeem your Locker Code before the expiration date displayed next to it at https://wwe.2k.com/twitch-drops/

How do I participate in Twitch Drops?

Rewards are only available when a Twitch Drops campaign is active. Scheduled campaigns and their conditions can be found on the WWE 2K Twitch Drops website and the steps to getting your Rewards are right here above this FAQ!

How do I claim my Locker Code?

Log in with Twitch here to sign in using the same Twitch Account on which you claimed your Drop.

How do I redeem my WWE 2K Locker Code?

You can redeem your WWE 2K Locker Code in WWE 2K, after you start the game for the first time and set up your 2K Account. In WWE 2K:

  • Go to MyFACTION from the Main Menu.
  • In MyFACTION, select the “Locker Code” panel in the menu. Enter the Locker Code you want to redeem. Locker Codes are not case-sensitive, but be sure to include the hyphens.
I watched the right number of hours of WWE 2K Streamers, but I haven't received my reward. What's the issue?

If you haven’t received your reward after watching enough hours of WWE 2K streamers for the current promotion, please check your Twitch inventory to make sure you’ve met all the necessary requirements to qualify. Keep in mind that not all WWE 2K Twitch streamers will have Drops enabled.

I’ve claimed my reward on the Twitch UI, but my reward isn’t displaying in-game. What should I do?

After claiming your reward on the Twitch UI, it may take up to 48 hours for your reward to appear. If it still doesn’t display after 48 hours, please contact us so we can look into it.
