WWE 2K: Installing Additional Content and Missing DLC

You should've received a code to redeem with your copy of WWE 2K. 

1. Go to the consoles store and select redeem code.
2. After successfully inputting the code confirm that the base game and the appropriate DLC is present in the bundle.
3. Begin downloading the content.
4. You should also be prompted to download the latest patch for WWE 2K. Ensure that it is being downloaded as well.
5. Wait for all the content to be fully downloaded.
6. Start the application.
7. You should see messaging indicating the DLC content is present.

1. Go to your consoles digital store and locate WWE 2K.
2. Select the version of WWE 2K you would like to purchase.
3. After successfully paying for the game you should be prompted to begin downloading the base game as well as the DLC.
4. Begin downloading the content.
5. You should also be prompted to download the latest patch for WWE 2K. Ensure that it is being downloaded as well.
6. Wait for all the content to be fully downloaded
7. Start the application.
8. You should see messaging indicating the DLC content is present.

1. Insert the WWE 2K Disc into the console to begin downloading the base game.
2. If prompted begin downloading all available patches as well.
3. Once the base game and all patches are installed, ensure that the game is closed. Not suspended, but actually closed and not running at all.
4. From here go to the consoles store and select redeem code.
5. Input the Code(s) found in the paper insert of WWE 2K for the bundle or DLC you are downloading.
6. Wait for the DLC to finish downloading.
7. Ensure that all DLC is finished downloading and start the application.
8. You should see messaging indicating the DLC content is present.

1. To download the add-ons, first select Virtual Game Cards from the Home Menu. 
2. After entering account credentials, select Options and then Eject from This System. 
3. Lastly reload the virtual card by selecting Load on This System and relaunch WWE 2K26.

1. Ensure that the game is closed (not suspended but actually closed and quit out of)
2. Go the XBOX Marketplace and search for the DLC that appears to be missing.
3. Once found, since you already have the license it should not cost any money, and instead of "buy" there should be an "install" option.
   • Alternatively, you may need to purchase the Season 2 add-on for free by searching for it in the store and once reaching the store-page it should say allow purchasing for free. Once you’ve done that, it can be downloaded.
4. After manually downloading the content, start WWE 2K and it should be available.

If you're experiencing issues with additional content it is recommended to "Restore Your Licenses"

1. Ensure that WWE 2K is not running and that it is closed.
2. Press the PS Button and go to Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses
3. Start WWE 2K and the additional content should be available.

Just like PS4 you will want to "Restore Your Licenses" - the only difference is where you will find that option for a PS5.

PS5 Restore Licenses location:

1. On the Main Menu select the Settings cog in the top right.
2. Select Users and Accounts.
3. Select Other.
4. Select Restore Licenses, and confirm.

Then you should be able to start WWE 2K and the additional content should be available.

In some cases, you may need to purchase the Season 2 add-on for free by searching for it in the store. Once you reach the store-page it’ll allow purchasing for free and after you’ve done that, it can be downloaded.
