The Ringside Pass is new to WWE 2K26, with all kinds of new cosmetics, rewards and content for you to earn! So, how does this pass work exactly? Well, we're so glad you asked.
About the Ringside Pass
The Ringside Pass follows a battle pass format. It offers a free track to every player per season, with about 60 rewards across 40 tiers, and some of those rewards featuring bundles of content.
To unlock this content, players will collect RXP by playing matches across a variety of game modes, so long as they have an online connection.
A premium track is also available for purchase for even more rewards via the Ringside Premium Pass, for a total of 120 goods across the free and premium tracks. The tracks are unlocked side by side, so for example when you reach Tier 5, both the free and premium rewards will be available to claim.
Frequently Asked Questions
Unlockable items across the free and premium tracks include VC, MyFACTION Packs, MFP, Island banners, DLC Superstars, CAS Parts, Island taunts, Personas and more!
The following game modes reward RXP that will earn Ringside Pass progression:
- Play Now
- Universe
- MyRISE
- Showcase
- MyGM
- MyFACTION
- The Island
You do not, however, earn RXP in these cases:
- The match is in Online Lobbies
- The match had two or more local human players
- The match was with one or more of your friends through the service being used (Steam, PSN, XBOX, etc.)
- The match was run through an online lobby
- You didn't directly participate in the match (examples include when it was simulated or entirely run by AI superstars)
- The exception to this is Universe Watch Mode
- You quit or disconnected from the match
- Anytime you're not online for part or all of the match
For players who have purchased the premium track, we will provide the ability to purchase optional tier skips. Players can continue to unlock rewards with RXP by playing the game without any additional purchases.
There will be a total of 6 Ringside Passes released throughout the year, one for each Season.
- Ringside Pass Season 1: March 6
- Ringside Pass Season 2: April (Before WrestleMania 42)
- Ringside Pass Season 3: June
- Ringside Pass Season 4: July
- Ringside Pass Season 5: September
- Ringside Pass Season 6: October
The Ringside Pass doesn't expire in a new season, meaning even when a new one is released you won't lose your opportunity to unlock that previous season's content. Instead, a player can choose to put a pass on-hold and start unlocking content on another season, and then return to the previous season to continue gaining RXP to unlock the content.
Similar to DLC in the past, if you own the content and other family members share the same console as the player who purchased the game and DLC, they too can access that content. The progress made through the pass is unique to each profile.
