The Run-In payback prompt doesn't appear in Universe mode and can never be activated.

This issue should be fixed as of Patch 1.07 released 4/9/25.
This appears to have been resolved with the most recent Patch 1.03!
If you're still experiencing this issue after updating to the latest patch, please contact support.
We gave the all-clear on this a bit too soon. Moving this back under Live Issues.
