Unable to Connect to Online Services in Australia
We are aware of increased reports from players in Australia who cannot access any online services or game modes including MyFaction, The Island, and Community Creations. This doesn't appear to be specific to one region or service provider.
Workaround: While not a true workaround, using a mobile hotspot has allowed players to get in. While this connection strength isn't recommended for ranked gameplay, it may allow some of you to redeem locker codes and play less network-reliant modes within MyFaction.

This is actively being investigated.
Further investigation shows that this affects a specific Internet Service Provider in some regions of Australia. If your connection goes through this provider you may experience an inability to connect to WWE 2K25.
We strongly recommend affected players contact their Internet Service Provider directly and share the details of their experience with them.
