Creations: Custom Images Don’t Appear in the Image Manager Between Generations

When using the same console account across two console generations, images won’t appear in the image manager when logging into one generation then using the same account on the other generation in Community Creations.

Example: The player logs in to their Xbox One then logs out and logs into their Xbox Series X|S with the same 2K Account, then tries to upload an image through the image manager. The new image will only show up on the Xbox One (since it was the first console the player logged into).
