MyFaction: Restored Cards Don't Count Towards Collector's Level

Cards that disappeared from collection and that were restored will not be counted towards the collector’s level in MyFaction.

Workaround: None

    This issue should be fixed as of Patch 1.13 release on 5/28/25.
