MyRise: Jade Cargill’s Casual Outfit Not Unlocked After Completing Related Quests

After completing the related quests in MyRise, some players are reporting not receiving them for use in Creations.

This issue hasn't been reproduced internally after patch 1.07 and doesn't happen consistently. Because of this, we're asking for players that are experiencing this issue on PC to send us their save files to help in our investigation. The file path will be listed below:
