MyFaction: Superstar Doesn't Receive Full Finisher Bar When Using Rabblerouser Badge

When performing taunts while using the Rabblerouser badge in MyFaction, the Superstar won't receive one full finisher bar.

    The Rabblerouser Badge has been rebalanced and now states, "Grants Progression towards a finisher stock" as of Patch 1.11.
