Creations: "Stay Fearless Hat" Not Appearing in Caps

When viewing the caps section of CAS, the "Stay Fearless Hat" hat is absent. This causes community created versions of it to appear corrupted in Community Creations.

    This issue should be resolved as of Patch 1.21 released on 7/23/25.
