Xbox: "Online features are not available for play until creating or linking to a 2K Account."
We're investigating reports from players on Xbox that are unable to connect to online game modes even though they've successfully linked to their 2K Account. It shows an error message along the lines of "Online features are not available for play until creating or linking to a 2K Account."
We've seen some players resolve this with various network troubleshooting steps but are currently taking a deeper look to see if something else is going on.

After investigation we've determined this is not systemic and the severity of the issue depends on individual network conditions.
