MyFACTION: Required Card Can't Be Selected for 'Top of the Tower' Live Event

When viewing the 'Top of the Tower' Live Event, the required cards cannot be selected and two other cards are missing from the requirements.

    This issue was addressed in Patch 1.13 released on 7/1/26.
