Community Creations: Uploaded Images Aren't Removed After Downloading

After downloading an image you've uploaded in-game, the image may not be removed from the 'Incoming Images' section of Community Creations.

There is currently no 'fix' or 'trick' to remove these images, but this is being investigated.
