Custom Portraits Display Incorrect Sizing in Thumbnails Throughout The Title

When a custom portrait is downloaded from the Image Manager site and assigned to a Custom Superstar, the thumbnail displays incorrect sizing when in the Creations modes and in Universe.

While the portrait appears correctly in-game with proper dimensions, sizing issues can occur in Universe mode, particularly when viewing the Superstar Menu or assigning a Championship.
