Universe: Incorrect Date Appears for Non-Sunday PLE Matches When Viewing Rivalry History

When viewing Rivalry History, players may notice that Rivalry matches that occurred on a PLE that doesn't fall on a Sunday are incorrectly displayed as having occurred on a "Week" instead of being labeled as a PLE.
