MyFACTION: Missing Pack Voucher from Collector's Level Reward
Players don’t automatically receive a pack voucher when reaching a new Collector level. This is a visual/functional bug, the voucher is being granted correctly but it's not usable until a mode restart.
Workaround: Leave and re-enter MyFACTION. Keep in mind the voucher can only be used in the 'Recommended' section of the Pack Market.

This issue has been fixed with the release of Patch 1.08.
This is planned to be fixed in a future update.
