MyFaction: Card isn't Received After Purchasing from Faction Wars Exchange

When purchasing a card from Rotating Cards in the Faction Wars Exchange, the card will not appear in Collections after backing out to the main menu, and returning to MyFaction.

Workaround: None

This issue should be resolved as of Patch 1.08!
