A.I. Opponents Will Act With Default Behavior After Adjusting Gameplay Sliders

When playing other game modes outside of "Play", such as Universe mode, the A.I. actions will not reflect the custom changes made through the gameplay sliders.

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.08.
