Creations: Hair Dye Won’t Work Properly When Applied to Specific Hairstyle
When attempting to apply hair dye to one of the Island unlockable hairstyles, the dye will be applied to all/most of the hair at the same time instead of following the cursor.

This issue has been fixed with the release of Patch 1.08.
This is planned to be addressed in a future update.
