Online: Blood Settings Revert to Off

When the "Blood" setting is turned to "On," and the "Gender Allowed" setting is turned to "Any" in an online lobby, the blood setting will revert to "Off" once the lobby is created.

Workaround: Set the "Gender Allowed" setting to "Male" or "Female", then turn the "Blood" setting to "On" before starting the match.
