Universe: Special and Finisher Settings Default to “Fast” in Universe Mode

When editing matches in Universe mode, the Special and Finisher settings are set to “Fast” by default. This is inconsistent with the default settings in Gameplay, where these values are set to “Normal.”

    This issue should be fixed as of Patch 1.07 released 4/9/25.
