Create A Superstar: Brassiere For The 15th Female Persona Locked By Default

When selecting the 15^th female Persona, the default brassiere is locked. If the user selects this persona from the Select Persona menu, a message displays they must unlock the item from MyRise.

This is fixed as of Patch 1.07 released on 4/9/25.
