Creations: Custom Full Belt Relief Designs Lack Editing Options

When creating a championship, full belt designs, such as bug gold or the Undisputed Championship Center plate design, have no editing options. This occurs in Championship, MITB and Arena.

This has been resolved in Patch 1.07!
