MyFACTION: Rarity Restriction Doesn't Display in House Rules Text of Dreams & Nightmares

The rarity restriction (use Emerald and lower Superstars) doesn't display in the house rules text when viewing the house rules for the 'Dreams & Nightmares' tour in the Chicago location of World Tour.

This issue was addressed with a server update on 4/22/26.
