Universe: Match Table Lower Than Match Limit

You might notice that the match count on the match table is lower than the set match limit. This is being investigated. We have a hunch that this specifically affects Universe save files that have been carried over from a previous patch.

Workaround: Check all of your match tables for One on One matches with 0% chance. Deleting those might help to resolve this issue.
