Creations: Downloaded Crowd Signs Overwrite Custom Images
When downloading Crowd Signs from Community Creations, the last-selected custom Sign will be replaced by the most recently downloaded Sign. This occurs specifically with downloaded Crowd Signs, and created Crowd Signs will remain as expected.

This issue has been fixed with the release of Patch 1.08.
This is planned to be addressed in a future update.
