Play: Body Bruises and Blood Not Present With Alternate Superstar Attires
When playing through a match with a superstar that has an alternate attire, they won’t display any bruising or blood on the body.

This issue should be fixed as of Patch 1.07 released 4/9/25.
This is planned to be fixed in a future patch.
