CAS: “In the Blender” Achievement Doesn’t Unlock on Xbox Series X
The “In the Blender” trophy doesn’t unlock as intended when swapping out body parts on a CAS. This issue has only been observed for players on Xbox Series X.

This should be resolved as of Patch 1.07!
This is planned to be addressed in a future update.
