When viewing the House Rules for the 'Dreams and Nightmares' arc of the Chicago World Tour in MyFACTION, the House Rules display the incorrect text, "Technician Sapphire Cards and Below Only." but the tour regulations display, "Off Limits: Sapphire and Above".
