Creations: Multiple Moves Can’t be Assigned as Finisher or Signature Moves
When creating a custom move-set, multiple moves that should be able to be assigned as Signature or Finisher moves can’t be. This issue affects the following moves:
Corner:
- Swing Out Neckbreaker
- Rope Hung Double Foot Stomp
- Rope Hung Neckbreaker 2
- Spear 15
Ropes/Leaning:
- Stun Gun 2
- Stun Gun 3
- Decapitator 1
- Decapitator 3
Standing Heavy Attack
- Knee Barrage

Reopening this post with a list of new moves that can't be assigned as Signature/Finisher moves.
This issue is resolved as of Patch 1.11 released on 5/14/25.
