Universe: Unintended Count-outs Timer Appearing in Special Rules Matches
An unintended count-out timer can appear in special rules matches where it should be disabled by default. This has been seen in Universe while using Ladder and Extreme Rules matches.

This issue is resolved as of Patch 1.11 released on 5/14/25.
This issue should be fixed as of Patch 1.09.
Reopening this post. This issue appears to still be happening on Last Man Standing matches. All other match types should be fixed.
